Project TURN creates a learning environment in which incarcerated men and women and graduate students from Duke University can learn alongside one another as classmates. We believe that lives can be renewed by the transformation of our minds. Our classes balance academic training and personal spiritual development to offer a unique experience in which diverse students stretch their boundaries and enlarge their imaginations.

Project TURN is a partnership between Chaplaincy Services of the North Carolina Department of Corrections and students and faculty at Duke Divinity School.
